These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, orders and use of the Warivo Overseas website. By placing an order or accepting a quotation, the buyer agrees to the terms confirmed in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation together with these general terms.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications and images accurately. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates, packaging, screen display or supplier changes. Buyers should confirm critical technical requirements before ordering.
Quotations and Pricing
Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, freight, taxes, duties, certification requirements and quotation validity may vary by product and destination. The final commercial terms are those stated in the accepted quotation or proforma invoice.
Order Acceptance and Payment
An enquiry or website submission does not by itself create a binding supply commitment. Orders are accepted after commercial and technical details are confirmed and any agreed payment requirements are met. Payment methods and milestones will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
Shipping, Export and Delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may depend on production, carrier schedules, customs, port conditions and other factors outside our reasonable control. Import duties, destination taxes, permits and local compliance obligations are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Inspection, Claims and Returns
Buyers should inspect goods promptly after delivery and notify us without unreasonable delay if there is visible transit damage, shortage or a material discrepancy with the confirmed order. Return, replacement or credit arrangements are assessed according to the product, condition, cause of the issue and the terms agreed for that order. Custom-made, OEM or specially sourced goods may not be cancellable or returnable after production or procurement has started.
Warranty
Any applicable product warranty will be the warranty stated in the quotation, invoice, product documentation or manufacturer terms. Warranty coverage does not normally extend to misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, unsuitable operating conditions or damage caused after delivery.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warivo Overseas is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from delays, misuse, installation errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics and original materials belong to Warivo Overseas or their respective owners and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
